Scale significand using floating-point base exponent.

The scalbnf function compute x × FLT_RADIX^n efficiently, not normally by computing FLT_RADIX^n explicitly. A range error may occur.

Parameters

x	Value representing the significand.
n	Value of the exponent.

Returns

The scalbnf function return x × FLT_RADIX^n.
